Our Work / Fellowships and programmes

People need support while they build.

A useful programme gives people something they can carry into their work: a clearer idea, a new skill, a relationship, or the confidence to try the next step.

Our work brings learning design, facilitation, and community together around what people are trying to do.

Who commissions this work

We work with foundations, funders, and programme operators that want to build an entrepreneurial or thematic programme around a mission or community. Depending on the brief, we can contribute programme strategy, curriculum, selection, facilitation, community, coaching, operations, and evaluation.

beVisioneers: The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship

Programme concept, learning design, and ongoing programme development

The DO School commissioned Limitless to help design the original beVisioneers programme. The resulting concept was presented to Mercedes-Benz, which went on to fund the fellowship.

Since its inception, Limitless founder Nihal Ahmed has played a central role in bringing the programme to life and strengthening it over time. His work has spanned curriculum and content, events and facilitation, coaching, venture-support systems, operational processes, and new initiatives that help the programme improve and scale.

beVisioneers is funded by Mercedes-Benz and designed and implemented by The DO School Fellowships gGmbH.

StreeStart

An entrepreneurial programme for women restarting their careers after a personal or maternal break, helping them rebuild direction, confidence, and an income-generating path.

Solopreneur Lab

A programme for people building one-person businesses.

A wider programme repertoire

Limitless can also design entrepreneurship programmes for marginalised communities, public leaders who want to work more effectively, people building a parallel career, or people using a sabbatical to realign their lives. Thematic fellowships, including Agami's science-fiction fellowship, show how a programme can convene people around a shared question as well as a venture goal.

What this brings to Threshold

Working with people over time has shaped how we think about support. A good question matters. So does the chance to try something, get feedback, and return to it with help.

Threshold applies that experience to venture progress. BUILD creates new venture fellowships. LIFT helps funders support ventures they already back.
