Limitless Institute

Build a better you.

We create tools, experiences, and fellowships that help people discover what matters, see new possibilities, and bring their ideas to life.

We work with foundations building programmes around a mission, and with organisations that want their people to learn, imagine, and act differently.

Our focus today Threshold, our flagship initiative for venture fellowships and support.

Why we exist

What could you do with a little more possibility?

Limitless began with a problem that was personal.

Nihal was studying to become an accountant. It was a sensible choice: a stable profession, a way to support family, and the kind of path many young people are encouraged to choose when security matters.

But almost immediately, he knew it was not a life he could spend the next thirty or forty years inside. The harder question was: if not this, then what?

School had prepared him to qualify for a career. It had not given him much room to ask who he was, what made him come alive, what he was naturally curious about, or how to experiment his way towards a different future.

Those questions became the beginning of Limitless.

Who am I really?

What could be possible?

Where do I start?

We have spent the years since building different ways for people to explore those questions for themselves.

How we help

Four ways to work with us.

What we make depends on the people involved and what needs to change. Our work takes four forms.

Fellowships and accelerators

For foundations and programme operators that want to create a meaningful fellowship or give ventures more useful support. We can shape the strategy, curriculum, selection, facilitation, community, coaching, operations, and evaluation. Threshold is our flagship and where we bring this work together most deeply.

Learning experiences

For organisations that need people to understand a possible future, question an assumption, or work through a difficult choice together. Commission Game of Tomorrow, Vision Quest, a retreat, or a new game or experience designed around your question.

Learning toolkits

For individuals, facilitators, learning programmes, and organisations that need a practical way to begin reflection or conversation. Use an existing toolkit such as Ikiguide or ask us to design one around your challenge.

Consulting

For foundations, companies, startups, and public bodies facing a complex question. We help turn research and ambition into a strategic direction, programme, product, experience, or new idea to test.

How Limitless thinks

We make the invisible playable.

Many important problems do not suffer from a lack of information.

Investors can read about climate change and AI. Leaders can write values on a wall. Policymakers can study data. People can know something intellectually and still not feel what it asks of them.

So we ask a different question:

What would someone have to experience to see this differently?

Sometimes the answer is a game. Sometimes it is a simulation, a toolkit, a fellowship, or an experiment. We create situations where people have to choose, trade something off, respond to uncertainty, and live with the consequences long enough to notice what they believe.

Game of Tomorrow began with a simple frustration. Sophisticated investors were hearing about forces that could reshape the next few decades, but another conference talk was unlikely to change what they did. So we put them inside a possible future instead.

Players bought and sold shares in imagined companies while news, signals, and events changed the world around them. They had skin in the game. The future stopped being a slide and became a set of decisions.

Inside Game of Tomorrow

The same instinct has shaped other work: Game of Justice used constrained choices drawn from real prisoner experiences to make a justice-system problem felt; Vision Quest stress-tested an organisation's stated values against difficult decisions.

Our focus today

Our next chapter: Threshold.

Limitless began by asking how people discover who they are, see what could be possible, and take a first step.

Threshold takes that question further: what helps someone keep going until an idea becomes something real?

It brings our experience in learning, community, and venture building together. We work with foundations and funders to create venture fellowships and help the ventures they already support take their next step.

That might mean finding a first customer, turning a pilot into a lasting partnership, or building enough stability to keep going.

BUILD

Create a venture fellowship around a mission you care about, with a clear plan for choosing and supporting the people behind it.

LIFT

Help ventures you already back work through what is holding them up, with practical support and a clear view of what changes.

The immersive format translated complex financial concepts into a dynamic, hands-on experience. It sparked meaningful conversations and became a standout highlight of the event.
