Our focus today
Threshold
Through BUILD, we help funders create new venture fellowships. Through LIFT, we help ventures they already back work through what is holding them up.

Our work begins with a question: what does someone need to understand, experience, or try in order to move?
Sometimes the answer is a fellowship. Sometimes it is a game, a toolkit, or a collaboration to work through a difficult problem.
Here are some of the ways that has taken shape.
Ideas need time, practice, and people around them. We design programmes that bring those things together, with learning and support built around what participants are trying to achieve.
Depending on the engagement, we can shape programme strategy, curriculum, participant selection, facilitation, community, coaching, operations, and evaluation.
Our focus today
Through BUILD, we help funders create new venture fellowships. Through LIFT, we help ventures they already back work through what is holding them up.
Explore Threshold↗Our experience includes beVisioneers, StreeStart for women returning to work after a personal or maternal break, entrepreneurship programmes for marginalised communities, and thematic programmes such as Agami's science-fiction fellowship. We can also design programmes around public leadership, parallel careers, or a purposeful sabbatical when the question and audience fit our practice.
Read about our programme work →An experience gives people something to take part in and talk about afterwards. We use games, stories, workshops, and retreats to help people explore a question together.

A live stock-market simulation created for a problem that information alone was not solving. Players step into a possible future, buy and sell shares in imagined companies, and respond as technology, climate, politics, and trade reshape the world around them. The point is not to predict the future. It is to make people notice what they believe about it when their choices have consequences.
Inside Game of Tomorrow →An experience built around stories and constraints from the criminal-justice system. Players take on the perspective of a prisoner and make difficult choices while balancing limited currencies such as health, safety, learning, and opportunity. The game was designed to make the human trade-offs behind statistics harder to keep at a distance.
A game-like way to test an organisation's vision, mission, and values against difficult scenarios. Instead of asking leaders to write more ambitious words, it asks what happens when keeping those words costs something. The output can then inform a vision and the rituals or systems needed to live by it.
With The Experience Co.
A five-day residency for creators and storytellers to explore their stories and learn alongside a community of other people making things.
“It's so important to find your tribe: people you vibe with, who hold you accountable, inspire, and support you. I came to explore, dive in, and change. And I have.”
Art-based workshops and retreats for business and creative leaders, exploring purpose, leadership, culture, and the skills we need for a changing world.
“The session was highly interactive and actionable. Complex ideas were explained clearly, and members could immediately put them into practice. I would recommend Vuja De to anyone who wants innovation to become a consistent reality.”
We can also design a bespoke game, retreat, simulation, or learning experience around your question.
A useful tool gives you something to work with after a conversation or workshop ends. Our tools turn questions and ideas into things people can hold, use, and return to.

A deck of questions and activities to explore who you are, what matters to you, and where you would like to go.

“Raghava has given some of the funnest and fastest talks ever. He'll teach you how to do it too.”
A collaboration for Memesys Culture Lab
Memesys commissioned Vivek and Limitless to design a Future of Humanity variant for two SHASN product lines, exploring political choices and the values behind them through play.
A creative problem-solving toolkit for children, designed to help them approach questions with curiosity, experimentation, and imagination.
We can also design a physical or digital learning toolkit around an organisation's purpose, programme, or challenge.
Ask about our tools→For governments and public bodies, that can mean shaping policies, programmes, and initiatives, or creating a strategic direction and a pipeline of partners to develop.
For startups and companies, it can mean creating a product line, immersive event, or venture-studio direction; reframing the organisation around a purpose; strengthening a culture of innovation; developing new intellectual property; or repositioning the work.
Work for Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority, delivered through StrategyConnect.
Abu Dhabi's Early Childhood Authority began with an ambitious question: how could Abu Dhabi become the best city in the world to raise a child?
A global Breakthrough Working Group had surfaced themes, trends, and expert insight. Through StrategyConnect, Limitless helped translate those ideas into tangible directions for action: potential interventions, policy directions, products, and experience-led concepts.
We brought play and systems thinking into the work, looking across the people and institutions shaping a child's life and designing tactile ways to make possibilities visible and discussable.
Specific interventions and subsequent decisions remain confidential.
Tell us a little about it. We'll explore where we could be useful.
