Our Work / Ikiguide

Make time for the questions that matter.

Ikiguide is a deck of questions and activities to help you explore who you are, what matters to you, and where you want to go.

A conversation with yourself, or with others

Some questions need more than a quick answer. Ikiguide gives you a place to begin: to reflect on your interests and strengths, notice what gives you energy, and think about what you would like to do next.

Something you can hold

The deck brings reflection off the screen and into a conversation. Use it to make space for questions that are easy to put off in the middle of everyday life.

Three ways to use Ikiguide

For yourself or someone you care about

Work through the cards at your own pace, use the course for guidance, or give the deck to someone entering a new chapter.

“Each time, I find I have just the right card for the moment. The cards are neutral, with no doctrine behind them, so I feel comfortable giving them to friends who are also in periods of transition.”

For facilitators, coaches, and learning programmes

Use Ikiguide with groups, students, or clients. Alternative MBA programmes and other learning communities have used the deck to support reflection and direction-setting.

For organisations

Bring Ikiguide into a workshop or retreat to explore personal and organisational purpose, and create better conversations about direction and meaning at work.

“The audience loved the energy and stayed actively engaged throughout. The session made Ikiguide's ideas practical, with insightful and actionable suggestions for self-discovery.”

Part of the Limitless story

Ikiguide grew out of questions Nihal first used while trying to find his own direction: What am I good at? What makes me come alive? What am I naturally curious about? What kind of work and life feel meaningful?

As those questions became useful in workshops and conversations with other people, they evolved into a physical toolkit. Ikiguide reflects a question that still runs through our work: what becomes possible when people understand themselves a little better?
