Orders and tracking
Your confirmation email contains a link to your order page, where you can see payment and delivery status and tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge until your order is dispatched. Email hello@limitless.institute with your order number.
Returns and exchanges
Request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery. For damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items, please tell us as soon as possible, preferably within 3 days, with photographs.
Refunds
Refunds are initiated within 3 working days of a cancellation being accepted, or of a return being received and inspected. Banks can then take 7 to 10 business days to show the credit.
Payment problems
If money was debited but you did not receive an order confirmation, or you were charged twice, email us with the payment details and we will check it with Razorpay.

Complaints and grievance redressal
Use the form on this page, or email hello@limitless.institute. Every request receives a reference number. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and handle them within one month, and you can check the status of your request using the link we email you. If you are not satisfied with our response, contact our Grievance Officer: hello@limitless.institute.
