These terms apply to your use of the Limitless shop at www.limitless.institute/shop/ and to every purchase you make there. Please read them together with our privacy, shipping and delivery, returns and exchanges, refunds and cancellations, and cookie policies, which form part of these terms. They are published for owner review before sales begin.

The shop is operated by Limitless Institute LLP ("Limitless", "we", "us"), a limited liability partnership registered in India, with GSTIN 29AAHFL8788M1Z6 and its principal place of business at No 3, Ratna Vilas Road, near South End Circle, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru (Bangalore) Urban, Karnataka 560004, India. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the shop under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. Please give accurate contact and delivery details.
Products and availability
We describe our products and show their photographs as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can vary slightly from what you see on screen. Products are available while stock lasts. During checkout we hold the items in your basket for a short time; if payment is not completed within that time, the hold is released.
Prices, GST and invoices
Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). Prices include all applicable taxes. We are registered for GST (GSTIN 29AAHFL8788M1Z6). A GST invoice is provided with your order; you can also request a copy by email. The price you see when you place an order is the price you pay for that order.
Shipping charges
The delivery charge depends on the state you are shipping to and is shown at checkout, together with the full order total, before you pay.
Placing and confirming orders
Your order is confirmed, and a contract is formed, when Razorpay confirms your payment and we email you an order confirmation with your order number. Arriving on a confirmation page without a confirmed payment does not create an order.
Payment processing and failures
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited in Razorpay's checkout window, using the payment methods it makes available to us, such as UPI, cards and netbanking. If a payment fails, no order is created and you may try again; see our refunds and cancellations policy for money debited without a confirmed order.
Stock and pricing errors
If an item turns out to be unavailable, or there is an obvious error in its price or description, we will tell you promptly and either supply the rest of your order or cancel the affected items with a full refund.
Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds
These are described in our refunds and cancellations and returns and exchanges policies. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, illustrations, designs and other content of this website, and the content of our products, belong to Limitless or to their authors and creators. Buying a product lets you use it personally and with people or groups you work with. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt or resell our products or content, or use them commercially (for example by reproducing cards or running paid programmes based on them), without our written permission.
Website use and prohibited activity
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to access the shop administration or other people's orders, interfere with the website's security or operation, place fraudulent orders, introduce malicious code, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the website.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Our responsibility to you
Our products are designed for personal reflection, learning and conversation; they are not a substitute for professional, medical, psychological or financial advice. We supply products that match their descriptions. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Third-party services
Payments are handled by Razorpay and deliveries by our logistics partner and courier companies, under their own terms. Links to other websites, such as YouTube, are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Customer support and grievance redressal
For help, email hello@limitless.institute. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours with a reference number and handled within one month. Grievance Officer: hello@limitless.institute.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
