This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used by the Limitless shop. It reflects a review of the website's code and of the third-party services it loads.
Essential storage used by the shop
- Basket: the products and quantities you choose are stored in your own browser (local storage), so your basket is still there when you return. It contains no personal details.
- Checkout: the details you type at checkout are kept in your browser for that visit only (session storage), so they are not lost if you go back a page. They are cleared when you close the tab.
- Shop administration: members of our team who sign in to the shop administration receive a time-limited sign-in token, kept in session storage.
This storage is strictly necessary for the shop to work, so it does not require consent.
Third-party services
- Payments: when you pay, Razorpay's checkout window loads from Razorpay and may set its own cookies to process your payment securely and prevent fraud.
- Videos: on our Ikiguide page, video previews load as images from YouTube's image servers, and a video player loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced (youtube-nocookie) domain only when you choose to play a video.
Analytics and marketing
Our review of the website found no analytics, advertising or marketing cookies or tracking scripts. For that reason we do not show a cookie consent banner. If we ever add optional analytics or marketing technology, we will ask for your consent before it is used and update this policy.
Managing cookies and storage
You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Clearing site data empties your basket; blocking all storage may stop the basket and checkout from working.
